The Challenge

A specialty matcha brand entering a crowded wellness market needed more than a pretty shop: it needed a storefront that could justify premium pricing to first-time buyers who don't yet know what good matcha tastes like. The design had to educate (origin, grades, preparation), reassure (reviews, sourcing story) and convert (variant selection, bundles) without losing the calm minimalism the brand's aesthetic demanded.

Our Solution

We designed and built a seven-template storefront where every page carries the brand's quiet confidence — an editorial homepage that sells the ritual before the product, scannable collection layouts, and a Matcha PDP with variants and preparation guidance baked into the purchase path — then implemented it as a merchant-editable Shopify Liquid theme with structured-data SEO, Core Web Vitals tuning and full checkout-funnel analytics.
