The Challenge

The owner was competing on Airbnb and VRBO while paying platform commission on every stay. They needed their own direct-booking channel that could stand toe-to-toe with the marketplaces: enough photography to sell the property before a guest ever arrives, crystal-clear pricing and availability, and a booking flow that felt as trustworthy as the platforms guests already knew — without paying 15%+ away on each reservation.

Our Solution

We designed and built a photography-led direct-booking site for Maui Kamaole Unit A209. A cinematic hero puts the ocean view and the two-minute walk to Kamaʻole Beach III front and centre; a check-in/check-out/guest widget sits directly beneath it; a filterable gallery organises 60+ images by space; and amenities, local-area guides, video walkthrough and guest reviews build the trust that usually comes from marketplace badges. Every page funnels toward one action: book direct.
